They provide architectural design, research and select materials, provide technical information, negotiate with planning and building authorities and supervise development and construction work
A detailed knowledge of relevant legislation and building regulations is essential.
Customers include blue-chip names in the building industry such as Banner Homes, Berkeley Homes and Bellward Homes.
The company had a strong list of medium sized clients but had no website. They wanted to portray Miakoda Designs as a professional architectural design and implementation company.
Moreover it needed to convey to existing and potential new clients an image as a reliable, professional company of sufficient size, expertise and knowledge to provide an exceptional level of service.
The aim of the website design project was to create a website that would convey not only a professional image but also demonstrate the ability to provide a high level of service for major housing development projects.
The website must also have a high visibility in the search engines to attract new enquiries for business.
In the later months of 2008 Website DNA designed the new website portraying the professional image and competence through the services provided, projects completed and existing client list.
A critical component of the website was the descriptive and visual appearance of the completed projects, where enlarged images were used throughout.

The website was optimised throughout to gain a high visibility in the major search engine rankings with a focus on the target customer market of mid-sized house building companies.
